    I worked at DHL Express full-time

    Pros

    Good pay, and good health benefits.

    Cons

    Good pay only if you are and benefits only if your working, DHL love to hire on call people and when they say on call....Its really on call. One month you have health benefits, and pay is good.. The next month your struggle to make ends meat, and your on cobra for $600 a month. DHL love keeping Wall Street (Slave Drivers Of The System) happy. It's not right that a company that Profits BILLIONS and BILLIONS. Can't even keep its worker Health benefits going month to month. Can't even give a minimum weekly pay..

    Advice to Management

    If any one really cared, keep workers health benefits, going month to month, give your on call worker a minimum weekly pay. That do a drop in the bucket compared to what you are profit.
