    The paycheck you take home, and you can't meet some awesome people.


    Management does not care about employees your simply a number. They will move you into a department your unhappy with regardless of how miserable the agent is. The company will go thru major changes and not change your job expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Directors of call centers could associate with employees more, and so could managers. We may work under you but we are not beneath you.
