I worked at DISH full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

pay was good. If you can handle talking to people on the phones for 8 hours a day and keep your cool, you can make 60000+. Very easy work if you are persuasive and enjoyable to talk to.

    Cons

DO NOT BE LATE. to begin the day, from break, from lunch, etc. they are very strict with their attendance policies. Micro-managed. Most sales leads were young kids that weren't great sales people. When looking to move up, you would make less money to become a lead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward and acknowledge your best employees that have management potential. The great reps will only stick around so long without looking for better opportunities.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
