I have been working at DISH full-time (More than a year)
Fast-paced work environment that prides itself on offering employees the opportunities you'd get in a startup. I've been encouraged to work well beyond my pay-grade, directly with senior leadership.
Tough to hear about some of the customer service experience that our subscribers have had. Working to improve customer service, but it's a constant struggle for all companies with a customer-base of this magnitude.
Advice to Management
Continue to give your team challenging opportunities. Coordinate business units so that the entire company is moving forward together.
