I have been working at DJO Global full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Filled with pleasant people who are a pleasure to work with. Decent benefits, 401k matching. Tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Limited mobility. Far too many VPs. Staffing levels too low, most of the time is spent putting out fires rather than being proactive. Many staff on the verge of hitting vacation accrual limits as there are no backups. Obsessed with making numbers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire the people needed to do the work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
