I worked at DLA Piper full-time (more than an year)

The attorneys who worked in my office were good attorneys and very nice people. Had all the legal support (paralegals, word processing support, legal assistants) befitting a large law firm.

No cohesive corporate culture. Split personalities from office to office with no sense of the larger whole. Felt as though my particular office was totally on its own. No connection to any other office, either in the US or across the globe.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to pare down what the law firm is trying to be or do. Doesn't matter if there are offices all over the world if there is no real sense of connection from place to place.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
