I have been working at DNV Kema Energy & Sustainability

    Pros

Some of the people are great to work with. Lots of smart and very dedicated people.

    Cons

A lot of workaholics here. Very cautious about hiring new staff even though current workload is unmanageable. Benefits are steadily declining. Average annual raises barely keep up with national inflation rate and are falling way behind locally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Only a handful are recognized for their hard work. The careers of many of the hard-working staff just languish.
