I have been working at DNV full-time (More than 3 years)
Good place to learn about the energy industry. Large variety of projects. Flexible work schedule. Very steady work, good job stability. Very nice people to work with.
The work can be monotonous. Some work outside of the normal work hours is expected. Salary is low compared to other Energy Engineer positions I've seen. Not a lot of room for upward mobility. There's been a lot of employees in my department quitting lately, and the company has been very slow to replace them.
Advice to Management
Pay your employees what they deserve, and they will not seek employment elsewhere.
