    Great salary.
There are some very nice people there and the owners seem to genuinely care

The upper management is horrible. The account team turnover is super high. No one makes it over a year and a half. In the last 2 years, there have been 5+ turnovers.

People go from being star employees to being called incompetent and being screamed at. Watch out, they find your replacement before they fire you. We watched 5 people quit/get let go within six months.

Account Team Management is combative and they make for a hostile work environment.

Management does not care about you anymore. If you aren't working 11 hour days, they say you aren't being a valuable employee. There is more to life outside of work. Planning and not over-promising deliverables would eliminate all of the late nights.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to seriously look at your management. There is a reason so many people have left. The work environment is currently too flooded with egos and bickering. They constantly make you feel as if you could get fired at any moment.

You are either in the account team click or they will make your life miserable.
