I worked at DSS Research part-time (Less than a year)

-Bathrooms breaks whenever without affecting your 15 minute break. -Friendly coworkers and staff. -Good call center experience.

-VERY strict and long process to get started. -40 dollar mandatory deduction for a crappy headset off your first check. -LOTS of nitpicking and telling you everything you do wrong, they want you to read off the script WORD by WORD but you cant sound like a ROBOT. -Can be stressful, not to the people you call. I had no problem calling people, speaking with them word by word, and being rejected. But then again you do need to meet the minimum amount of surveys you complete. -LOTS of Critization, and its not worth all the stress of just trying to do what the company asks you to do, they don't like costumer services they pretty much just want you to be a ROBOT.. -They don't take you seriously and are always laying off people. -NOT worth the time and effort to try and make this company like you.

    Advice to Management

STOP telling your employees all the things they do wrong and rather complement and the good they are doing and how they can improve. It isn't fair to put an employee who just started in so much pressure and criticize on every wrong thing they do.
