Current Employee - Project Work - Applications in Kansas City, MO

I have been working at DST Systems full-time for more than 5 years

Will be around for a long time. Will make money however at the employees cost.

Weak salary. Management under CIO have been in place for awhile - 'cruising to retirement'. Behind the times - Command and control organization . Management makes decisions to sign deals and make promises but the process to support isn't there. They do make it work but process, people, and prioritization ecosystem is non-existent. PM's are facilitators no true ownership.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

CIO - where is your plan? Share it. Management is either non-existent or strong handed. More balance. DO you know the meaning of a Project Manager. Document process and artifacts / knowledge - then get rid of dead weight !
