    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Dairy Farmers of America (Less than a year)

I take exception to this site where people can anonymously spew their one-sided opinions or take out personal vendettas against individuals. DFA is a great company that rewards and promote people who work hard, make good decisions and don't complain about work-life balance if they can't leave at 5. CEO that embraces diversity and compensates people for the work they do. Good , solid people who are proud to work for dairy farmers.

As the dairy industry is a 7-day a week job, expect nights and weekends can get interrupted. Location and building not lively and coworkers don't interact with each other as much as they might if set up different.

    Advice to Management

continue to reward those who get the culture, work toward positive outcomes. Encourage managers to support, grow and recognize their employees
