    Few to little chance of advancement
    Nepotism rampant in certain divisons
    Few to no opportunities to attend conferences or continuing education
    Salaries not entirely competitive with industry standards
    Rank favortism, marginalization and rumor spreading to discredit employees or to get them to leave voluntarily

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    While graveyards may be filled with indespensable men, you need to take a hard look in the mirror. There are rank weeds in your senior management team who stifle or even remove employees who are viewed as a threat to managers or who strive to work beyond the confines of the structured ""bins" one is thrown into. There are some extremely talented team members who are underutilized or ostercized for trying to succeed. To truly flourish and outperform the competition, one must cultivate individulas and let them show how well and how high they can soar.
