I worked at Dallas County as an intern (less than an year)

The attorneys here care about the work that they do. It's not a plea bargain they're looking for like most defense attorneys, the PDs care about each client that they represent. If need be, they'll come in on the weekend to prep for a case.

The office is a little outdated. Would be helpful to have more offices rather than cubicles, for privacy reasons when meeting with clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would be a benefit to get a larger budget to hire newly licensed attorneys - by training them, the PDs office will be able to assist more Dallas residents
