I worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very attentive to the needs of their staff. Numerous programs outside of work as well. It's almost like they have clubs for the staff to join. Everyone I worked with was very helpful.

    Cons

Understaffed when it comes to some departments. You truly need to stay on top of your Dr.s and patients to make sure everything is getting done in a timely manner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more admins for the Dr.'s The staff is stretched thin particularly in the hematology oncology department.
