  1.

Great company to learn adjunct skills and expand your experience but somewhat parochial in its management style.

I have been working at Danfoss International full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good "people" company which is directly related to it's Danish culture. Allows employees to expand their skills and provides an environment to grow personally and professionally.

    Cons

IT systems and infrastructure are poor. Has a "not invented here" mentality when it comes to progressively updating their processes, tools (IT and software) and programs. Very locked into "in sourcing" activities that are not core to the business and they do not do well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on improving profitability through active management of outsourcing some of your activities like IT development and e-commerce solutions. You also change management direction too often, vacillating between profit improvement and revenue growth. You need a balanced, consistent approach.
