Some fantastic people still within the business but not many or enough with a voice that is heard when it should be
Senior management team of Francis and Dalziel absolutely shocking. I almost feel sorry for Francis were it not for his £800k annual salary. Dalziel needs to stick to playing polo as it may be the only team game he is any good at. How to lose friends and alienate people should have been rewritten by this man. How he has got to his position and status God only knows. A true bully boy!!
Advice to Management
Sell the business to a company that knows the industry and can safeguard the future for the remaining decent people who for some reason have still remained loyal to the cause, even if it is a losing battle. How you can state that you have 450 plus engineers when you actually have 250-280 is beyond me. Another 5000 customers to be lost this year. Treat people like adults and you may stop the rot. Give your customers the service they deserve and overpay for and you may stop the rot. Or simply give up the ghost and get out. Poor Bregal having invested all that money And putting their faith in Francis and Dalziel.........
