    Pros

The success and gravitas of the London brand of DARE should have been a winning formula for Canada, a new world a new way of thinking an approach that is all about helping brands build relevance not just through the traditional (Cossette) route.

    Cons

Led by people who are still in the dark ages of advertising, people who are fearful of digital. It was doomed from the very beginning, two partners who couldn't decide, a president who wasn't in touch and the loss of their ECD's and a British guy who was their Strategy Director (ex DARE London).

Having searched for a replacement ECD's and an MD, they ended up promoting their CD's in house to ECD's and took on an MD who needed to get back for family reasons (not because they were the best fit). After this, the good people really started going (Production, Client Services etc.)

Not results orientated unless a result is an award and more bothered about how cool or quirky the creative is than does it solve the problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your act together, you're ruining any good reputation DARE had.
