I have been working at DataCert full-time (more than a year)

I recently read the latest post and was somewhat perplexed at the individuals comments. First of all, the company has an open door policy and if you have something to say to management, schedule a meeting. The product, it leads the market and the development is extremely proud of its clear leadership position in the market place recognized by both clients and Gartner. Fortune 1 recently invited the executive team to congratulate them on the product in fact.

Finally, the CEO did take a vacation this summer and like everyone, is entitled to take some time. He does not take all of his vacation every year and never has in the 5 years with the company. He gets to work very early and stays late working on trying to make the company a better place. If you want to talk to him, I am sure he would welcome your feedback ....negative or positive. At least consider giving you feedback to your boss directly instead of on Glassdoors.

The work hours can be long...especially in a high growth company

    Positive Outlook
