I have been working at DataPath full-time (more than 5 years)

Family owned company that will keep the business open with no plans to merge or sell to others. So if you do a good job for the company, you pretty well have a job until you leave. Decent benefits and pay is okay. Raises are few and far between.

The company seems to hire people based on who they know or which church they attend instead of the best qualified candidate for the position. Have seen excellent people leave because management does not value their opinion. Very cliquish, and sometimes feels like a high school.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust in the people who have moved with you through the tough times because they truly do have the best interest in mind for the company and everyone involved. It is just not a job for them and a way to make a quick name for themselves.
