"Comings and Goings" was straight forward and matter of fact (many companies cannot deal with this concept)Cons
All the best employees, managers, directors and executives have been run-off. Those that remain are "survivors"
Less than honest when it comes to payment of bonuses, commissions, and "Club".
Went from "Family orientated/lifelong employment" company to executives getting rich and screw the employees/customers/partners/relationships. Russ would be ashamed of what it has become. John and Kevin own this.Advice to ManagementAdvice
I don't think you care anymore. Perhaps you can prove all the former employees wrong. Ask yourself "What Would Russ Do". I was there when the VC's bought out the original owners, but the acquisition of SunGard and the focus on quarter by quarter results has killed the company and its culture. Don't for a minute think that the clients are immune from this. You achieving net worth of the top 1% has killed the company. Hope you are happy.Doesn't RecommendNegative Outlook
