The managers at David's Bridal are incredible! They go above and beyond for the employees and customers, and truly care about each individual. They know how to balance a fun environment and hard work.
A con of working at David's Bridal is that there is not much training involved, or at least not at my store. I was kind of thrown onto the floor and didn't know where any of the specific dresses were located, and didn't know how to use the computer system. It took me about a week to get an employee ID to login to the computer. Had to deal with multiple upset clients without knowing what to tell them when they asked questions about different sales and how to track an order.
Advice to Management
Keep up the kindness and positivity in the store! It goes such a long way with employees. Begin each new employee on the David's training manual and the training videos for best results.
