I worked at Davidson Hotels & Resorts (Less than a year)

Friendly co-workers, PTO, reasonable benefit, O/T availability.

Extremely boring due to slow business most of the time, due to so many rules & regulations, you can not even do your normal job regularly. Always open never closed, hence no work / life balance. All corporate people who regularly visit will criticize you, you are always on the spot. On top of that, you have to deal with LRA secret audits. So many people, so many rules, so many regulations & so complicated, that is why I quit !...... Come on, we are in the hospitality business, not building rockets.

    Advice to Management

Change your "military" mentality, this place is not a boot camp. You read so many guests's reviews which make your brain spun a lot. You listen to not only your guests but also co-workers too. Try to choose "the employee of the month" honestly, not by popularity but by hardworking person who truly deserves.
