I have been working at Daxko full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

No dress code. Free lunch every Friday. Incredible benefits. Great co-workers. They are creating an environment where if something is not awesome you are encouraged to make it awesome. They are removing roadblocks and corporate bureaucracy. I'm proud to work there.

    Cons

Even though they talk about wanting to create an environment where team members can focus on the most important thing. I feel like I often end up juggling several things at once. If you are not willing to speak up when you are overloaded then you will start to hate working there. But when I was brave enough to tell my boss I didn't like coming into work anymore because of the heavy workload, he made changes so that work was fun again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to hire well. The team you have is what makes it great to come to work each day. Continue the generous benefits.
