I have been working at DeVry Education Group part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

It is good to be working for an international company. The work is often fast paced and challenging. Great for launching careers. Benefits are a plus.

    Cons

The company is top-heavy, and cuts in staffing have hit the senior level, in teaching staff and administrative. Work load can be too big to handle for quality finished outcome. There is little room for growth beyond entry-level as company is downsizing. Particularly in DeVry University, and Keller Graduate School of Management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stabilize your workforce, and remember that serving students is how good schools get ahead and stay ahead.
