    I worked at Dealertrack Technologies full-time (More than a year)


    nice breakroom, parking outside the door, bathrooms are clean, and that sad to say is about all you get there.


    management feels they are way above and beyond anyone working for them. Most of them are people that worked together at the air-park when it shut its door so they are a click of the worst kind. You can not get straight answers on how to learn the job. Training is almost non existent with the woman they have doing it. She is more involved in trying to be cute and snag a guy in IT. She came from a company that was acquired and does not know how the job with dealer track was totally done. Half of the computers never work and the technology dept can't fix it they claim as it has to be done at corporate in NY. Why have them then? The technology dept if they do anything try's to make it your fault that things don't work correctly. Higher ups over customer service will smile to your face run to HR and complain to you and then take you in an office and scream at you. If you show any stress on the job you are told you will be replaced as they allow no frustration showing on your face or in your voice. You are a bug in a glass and watched like you are going to steal a pencil. Oh yea they have cameras all over the place so you actually are a bug in a jar.

    Advice to Management

    treat people with respect and not be so back stabbing to people, you fire at the drop of a hat and do not tell people what they actually did to pee you off. You have done many this way. You promise to make people team leaders and put them in that position with no extra pay or incentive.
