I have been working at Dean Foods full-time (more than 3 years)

Great people to work with local folks treated like family and all worked as a team. Good pay and benefits.

C.O.E. Process treats accused as criminals regardless of years of service and performance factors. You are guilty and not informed of what you are accused of at any point. H/R executives need to practice what they preach the morals are one sided. Would not suggest to anybody for employment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your management like you do the hourly after all we are the ones driving the business and with top performers our track record should weigh in your decisions. Tell exempt employees what they did wrong so they can learn from it for future. Treat exempt employees with respect not like animals.
