Horrible managers. The team members don't trust managers because they lie to get their way. Managers try to divide the team members and are very political. Managers don't know the team strengths or weaknesses. Micromanages everyone. They're are not good communicators.
Advice to Management
Get some leadership, communication and customer service training. Learn your team strengths and weaknesses. Trust the people who are doing the work and stop micromanaging. Stop telling lies to team members. The entire team is looking for jobs outside of Dell because of the management, run to get training s to save your team.
