    Des réorganisations constantes, des mensonges pour faire vendre, trop de changements, d'exercices d'évacuation incendie, forte focalisation sur la division de l'année en quatre trimestres de 13 semaines, sur les chiffres, pas cher, méritocratie

    constant reorgs, corporate b.s., too much change, too many firedrills, heave focus on 13wk quarters, very numbers focused, cheap, meritocracy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Arrêtez de penser que les restructurations vont arranger les choses, récompensez les gens avant qu'ils ne soient frustrés ou qu'ils en soient au point de rupture, ne changez pas de managers si souvent, souvenez-vous du client

    stop thinking reorgs will fix things, reward people before they are frustrated or at their breaking point, don't change people's managers so often, remember the customer
