    Pros

Smart People, terrific atmosphere, Great CEO and culture.

    Cons

After the privatization last year, the company is focused on paying down debt, no matter the cost, and sending US jobs to "low cost locations". There doesn't seem to be a true picture of what the companies goals are, other than paying down the debt to go private. Cutting over 10% of workers last year, and on their way to more this year, it's a stressful work environment that I'm now happy to be out of. It's disappointing, I always believed in the future of the company even during bad times, but this time I've lost faith.

    Advice to Management

Michael needs to get back to valuing the people that have been loyal to the company for 10, 15, 20 years, instead of kicking them to the curb when the going gets tough.
