    Easy going, great people, products sell themselves.


    Internal processes make it hard to help your customers. Quoting is difficult, RSD's question your motives when asking for pricing. Customer's get frustrated and drop because of turnover in their reps.

    Advice to Management

    Help your sales team sell. Not the other way around.
