    I have been working at Deloitte full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    As of one of the big 4, the name carries weight that will be valuable to you throughout the rest of your career. They have great PTO policies and in my particular group, do a decent job with work-life balance.

    Cons

    The amount that retained employees are paid compared to outside hires is laughable. They don't take care of their own and end up losing their most talented professionals this way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Your best employees are typically the ones who grew up in the firm. Take care of them first instead of overpaying for mediocre talent to increase size.
