    I have been working at Delphi full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Initial starting pay is at market rate. Old employees linger (leave via attrition and come back as a bundle/contact employee), so it's good that old knowledge is kept, but there is an unequal disparity within age demographics which eventually will make the company unsustainable.

    Cons

    Lack of talent management unless related to a high level staff. Too many layers/matrices to process anything. Benefits continue to dwindle, better off going to Health care market place. Organization is very top heavy as the actual workers have downsized, the portfolio of Vice Presidents has increased dramatically.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep filling your pockets, but don't forget to compensate and care about all the employees that contribute to the company's success.
