I have been working at Delta Career Education Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent instructors. Most of the students are great to work with. Nice facility in Greenville. Massage Therapy students are talented.

    Cons

High turn-over for staff. Strongly encouraged to "pass everyone" so educational integrity is minimal. Over-booked classes compromises instructor availabity for students. There is no accountability and the instructor is blamed if a student fails.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"No child left behind" should not apply to ANY college! If you put out a poor product, no one will respect the institution.
