Getting paid is really about it!
Where to start: faceless management, acquisition monster with a complete lack of understanding when it comes to the companies they buy. Old boys club who are clearly more interested in keeping in with each other rather than doing what is good for either their processes, staff or clients. Silo model dating back to the 80s, no strategy for marketing because they don't understand their own business, no ownership of client relationship, clients actually seen as unimportant & simply an annual revenue stream, constant complaints from clients about the lack of care & attention. If you don't know your job or even your product this is the best company for work shy people to hide because if your face fits you can do your worst & be safe!
Advice to Management
Firstly get rid of the current old boys club management, they are some of the worst I have ever seen & are as thick as thieves and managing from a perspective of fear of being found out for their complete lack of business acumen. Secondly stop buying companies you don't understand the business model to, you are destroying the reputation of those you acquire & indeed yourselves. Thirdly seriously get some management training because you have no idea how to manage staff effectively, there is a serious culture of fear for jobs & totally overworked on ridiculous admin & training processes dating back to the 80s. I have never ever seen such a weak management structure that I have zero respect for! I stood in front of the CEO & he didn't even have the skills to introduce himself!
