The people that actually work here to make a difference (ultimately they end up disillusioned)

Everything. This place has a horrible culture of people that are so much more concerned with their own well-being that they make jokes (company-wide) about the people they assist. I've seen emails passed around that poke fun at some of these situations. Understandably, they are a "Christian" organization, but they are so far to the left that its impossible to believe they actually care. People in the rehabilitation programs are used as free labor, and numbers are miscalculated on their annual reports, misrepresenting their Gift In Kind hours from volunteers. Upper management is full of people that have never been anywhere near the situations of their clients, and everyone has a "holier than thou" attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Resign and let some individuals that really care take over.
