    Government pension, flexi time. Safe employment. Good annual leave entitlement. good redundancy package. Good overtime pay. Careens coffee is good

    Cons

    Management don't have a clue. Micro managed by 3 grades above you. No clue on how to run a call centre. Not allowed to show creative.
