I worked at Desert Schools FCU full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The person who interviewed me was very professional and courteous.
    The members seem mostly satisfied.
They do offer good interest rates on cars and homes if you're lucky enough to get approved.

    Cons

Training is not sufficient to prepare you for the job. The trainer is discouraging and not pleasant to work with.
Did not meet a single member of upper management that was capable of the position they were hired for.
Software is ridiculously outdated and complicated. Even when you master it, it will still take ages to complete simple transactions.
Printers, computers, cash dispense machines jam/fail daily.
Members are often dissatisfied or angry due to the amount of time it takes to do transactions for each member or because of said machine failures.
Unfortunately I can count on one hand how many times I actually went home on the time I was scheduled due to how long it takes to wrap up things at the end of the day

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
