    I worked at Design Forum full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Breakfast provided everyday, pockets of helpful employees, uncommonly
    liberal amount of days off and vacation, endless supply of coffee

    Cons

    Disappointing lack of direction, no raises or even cost of living increases.
    Contrary to the "Creative Director" reviewer below, i.e.,manager, employees
    can and do keep up with the fast paced / demanding clients and are dedicated and
    mature. Unfortunately, each employee is seen as a number or salary. When the
    going gets tough, there is a knee-jerk reaction and "dedicated" employees
    are discarded, oftentimes, more times than not, without forethought as to
    how to carry on without said employees contributions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    IBDF has become unduly top-heavy and would benefit from keeping the worker
    bees that they discard. Shave off some of the overstuffed VP salaries that
    would actually make a dent and a difference. Plan better for each quarterly
    catastrophe and ditch the shortsighted and overly reactive attitude. Renounce looking
    for solutions that are quick and fast - losing quality results in the process.
    Good change takes time...IBDF should take their time in guiding the future of the
    company.
