This company has no redeeming qualities in my opinion. It is set up to benefit the parent company Deluxe Financial and its shareholders at the expense of rank and file employees. Stock price up 500% from 2008 but salaries are down when adjusted for inflation and when comparing to local job market. I would recommend looking around at other employers for a job. If you are really stuck and have no other options just take a job for the paycheck and keep looking somewhere else.

Employee turnover is REALLY high, like over 50% in the last year. Executive team at Destination Rewards seems to care very little, and they will soon be gone once the transition to Deluxe is complete. Golden parachutes for the top 1%. Offices are filthy and run-down. Bathrooms stink like a sewer. Employees sit in a large cubicle farm called "general population." It is like a prison with no windows or doors or outside light and it's noisy and hard to concentrate when you have to get work done. Benefits are bare minimum and at a maximum expense to employees. No 401k. Minimum time off policy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I hope Deluxe can turn things around.
