    I worked at Development Guild/DDI full-time

    Pros

If the senior staff end up working well with you, they will show extreme loyalty and try their best to work with you. They will do their best to nurture you, cater to your interests (some flexibility in changing your role at the company if you desire), and I'm sure wonderful references. The hours are also very reasonable, usually a ghost-town by 5pm.

    Cons

They fire staff like flies - instead of trying to work with staff members who are not meeting expectations, they fire them. There is also a huge discrepancy in pay between junior vs. senior staff. Junior staff are unpaid so that senior staff can be overpaid.
