I worked at Diaspark full-time
They take care of visa expenses but not your dependants.. Having been on the interview panel, I can say that that their interview process is relatively easy. You will have a Skype interview with basic questions about your technologies and assess your communication skills. All they care is whether your visa can be transferred and if you can get a project.
Diaspark is not a company that is well established with a decent list of direct clients and neither is it a small company that is flexible to the employee needs . Their percentages are extremely low compared to other consultancies in the market. The biggest problem is most of their assurances, promises and even agreement to an extent is verbal with no written contracts. As any company, its not surprising that people in Sales & HR leave the company every now and then. So you will have to fight for those verbal assurances without any documents to support you. This puts the employees in a weaker spot. Be wary of the buffer amounts. I recommend you insisting on getting everything in written even though they try to convince you with various reasons.
Advice to Management
I dont have any words. Its general knowledge that you are one of those people benefiting from all that is wrong with immigration in this country!
