> One of the smartest people you'll meet as they scour thru an immense volume of resumes to find the ideal candidate to fit with their daily business executions.
> People overall are very nice and open to a certain extent which is refreshing for such a premiere agency in the NYC area.
> Offices are designed differently on each floor and it's quite magnetic when you have so many different arrangements across all floors.
> Exposure to legacy brands w/ huge budgets that'll have any media strategist's spine tingle with excitement and fervor.
> Open cubicles to encourage open lines of communication.
> Our desks were in close proximity to our Directors which is awesome to have access to their expertise.
> Meeting top vendors/publishers on a daily basis is pretty cool especially party invites.
> People are very attractive and are quite overtly stylish which is somewhat to be an eccentric environment.
> Compensation is hinged upon how well you negotiate but more importantly how talented you really are. Must show them how unique you are and how you can push the needle in the industry.
> Free snacks like chips, M&Ms, Sodas or really really cheap food items like under $2 bucks for a StarBucks Frappacino bottle.
> Awesome benefits package, time-off, and other perks provided upon accepting employment.Cons
> Every good place has their cons which one of them is long hours.
> Certain people fool themselves to believe their in a higher position when in fact their mid-level like the rest of us.
> The environment can be very very political.
> Job growth is in question as this has stirred a huge turnover rate in the past +12 months.
> Responsibilities are too systematic which it appears that learning a system is more important than media planning & strategy.
> Team's need better communication across departments which sometimes can be quite a silo type of environment.Advice to ManagementAdvice
