    Pros

    Great benefits, great people and nice esthetic environment. However, some people take advantage and abuse the system.

    Cons

    Micromanager who typically uses threats, intimidation, & bullying to get the job done. No accountability or follow-up for those who abuse the attendance policy. HR is ineffective, they allow false accusations to go on without following corporate policy where if one makes a false allegation against another employee, then the accuser is subject to termination.

    Advice to Management

    Eliminate interim directors and hire a permanent one. Senior management needs to be more visible. The CFO is invisible and Chief Medical Officer are virtually invisible and not in touch with Case Management or the length of stay processes/operations. Physician advisor is ineffective, afraid to approach the physicians, and hides behind the case managers.
