    Pros

There are no pros to this review. Only thing I am thankful for is acquiring more skills to help me further my career.

    Cons

No structure. the only thing this department cares about is numbers. Upper management is a complete joke and do not care about the employees. They expect numbers but fail to teach them on how to get there. They hide behind their computers and try to find ways to get you in trouble to cover their mistakes. This is the thanks that I get for going out of my way for the users and making them happy. I wish them luck on telling the users why I am no longer there. I guess this was expected being a contractor. No Respect, just thrown out like a pile of trash and won't even tell me in person any problems they have. I would most definitely avoid working for this company. "Hello Human Kindness" is what their little slogan is, but it is more like "Hello Cheap Labor".

    Advice to Management

Maybe get involved with your employees instead of making them feel so useless. Also, discuss any issues right away instead of letting it build up.
