I worked at Dillard's full-time (More than a year)
Employees get amazing discount days a couple times a year. My wardrobe was upgraded from working there.
They don't value their employees what so ever. Basically you are expected to sell a certain number of dollars per hour no matter whether or not there are even customers in the store. They offer very little training and yet have incredibly high expectations. However the sales goal wasn't my problem multiple times I was the top seller in my area, I heated the toxic environment.
Advice to Management
There needs to be more training for new employees so other employees are forced to do all the training while still competing for sales.
