    Pros

Great people, competitive pay, popular brands

    Cons

Process and Corporate-speak sometimes win over Change towards Best Practices

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More transparency is needed in expressing company's short-term and long-term goals. Departments feel competitive and divisive, making for poor communication resulting in blame-gaming. Career longevity and training efforts seem like lip service, not reality.
