    I worked at DineEquity full-time (more than 8 years)


    This culture is very open to people having allot of responsibilities. Benefits were adequate and in line with industry peers.


    Leadership is slow to respond to change, which they truly believe in. Loss of key personnel has led to burdensome workloads on remaining people, leading to poor productivity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The culture is broken having gone from a Top 50 Places To Work, to off the radar completely in less than 7 years. Fix the culture, don't just talk about it.
