I have been working at Direct Agents full-time

    Pros

Majority of coworkers(non-executive) are very intelligent, innovative and supportive
    Location
    Variety of clients
They have a company happy hour about every other month which is paid for

    Cons

PLEASE NOTE: I am not a disgruntled employee and have done great work consistently for this company. It's a shame that they don't care about anyone, top to bottom.

Anything positive written on here is almost certainly the work of their HR/Marketing department. I saw a number of interns writing positive comments on various review websites. I'll highlight a few key issues working here:
    1. The absolute worst upper management and VP's around, who have no concern about their employees
    2. Hardly any organizational structure means you have to be proactive to get things done(which is fine) but makes even mundane tasks time consuming and difficult
    3. Any of my colleagues that were paid commission, frequently experienced issues with payroll. Either being paid too little or not at all.Fortunately,in being a salaried employee I did't experience this first hand.
    4. Some of the worst parts about being employed at DA are the lies, shadiness and lack of job security. They honestly don't care about any of their employees. Anyone in a position of power will lie to your face and have a hidden agenda with other managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Business has been on the decline for awhile guys...Realize that every single employee is skeptical about working here and make changes. There are great employees and top performers worth keeping around. The fact that anyone outside of management is planning on leaving after 1 or 2 years should be a wake-up call. Seeing coworkers in all departments leave(sales and non-sales) on a weekly basis is troubling to everyone. It's not the managing partners/founders- it's the SVP's,VP's and Managers who need to be evaluated.
