OK benefits, almost market pay, many really great co-workers, the prestige of saying you work for Disney (most people's favorite part, let's be honest), relaxed dress code.

Extremely political environment (that is Disney-wide, sadly--there are literally Disney-sponsored classes you can take to try to learn to navigate the political minefields at Disney), no meritocracy even though that is what they claim, useless review/development process that is mainly for show, small raise pools that have to be divided, weak middle management (Directors, VPs, etc.) afraid of innovating/taking chances/input from below, a few people with a lot of power who maybe shouldn't have all that power, no career path unless you are good at "playing the game."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You hire good people quite often. Listen to them. Moving to a mostly temp/contractor workforce will result in short-term savings but long-term issues. Laying off long-term and therefore expensive employees is cruel. Promote from within.
